We can create custom items for you. These can be based on an existing item in our catalog, an older item from our gallery, or even a design that is completely your own. Please give us a complete description of what you would like for us to create. When describing your custom order, please consider: item size style color material If you are interested in an item similar to one described in the gallery, please include the name of that item. If you have a design of your own in mind, feel free to send it as an attachment (jpg format is best). The more detail you give us, the easier it will be to accurately determine the time needed to make your item. We will contact you within two business days to discuss a time table and price. Once we’ve decided on the materials and design that will be used for your piece as well as the timetable for completion and price, you will need to make a deposit of half the agreed upon price. Once we have received your deposit, we will begin work on a prototype of your project. When this is complete you will have an opportunity to approve the prototype and make any suggestions. If after seeing the prototype you decide not to continue with the project, only half your deposit is refundable. The other half goes to the time and materials to make the prototype. Once a prototype is agreed on, work will begin on your project and your deposit is not refundable. Full payment is due when the final project is completed. We will work with you to insure that the item is completed to your satisfaction. However, changes should be agreed upon during the creation phase and once the item is completed and you have paid in full, custom items cannot be returned. Custom items may not be returned.
